Shipping Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nycolcorporations@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than damaged items. All sales are final.
